🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy
At Easy Deals, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers across the UAE and KSA.
🚚 Delivery Policy
Coverage:
We currently deliver across UAE and KSA.
Delivery Time:
• UAE: 1–2 business days
• KSA: 2–4 business days
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email / WhatsApp / SMS.
📦 Return & Replacement Policy
We do not offer general returns or exchanges.
However, we only provide replacements in the following cases:
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Item arrived damaged
✔ Manufacturing defect
Important Conditions:
• Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All original accessories must be included
• Customer may be charged 20 AED delivery fee for replacement (if applicable)
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
✔ Item is missing
✔ Item is damaged on arrival
✔ Wrong product delivered
Refund Process:

• Include order number, clear photos, and issue details
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer general exchanges due to product handling and logistics limitations.
However, we will replace items if:
✔ Product is damaged
✔ Incorrect item received
✔ Issue reported within 24 hours
Request Process:
Send an email to easydeals016@gmail.com with order details and photos. Once approved, replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Customers may be responsible for return postage in some cases
• If we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping
• Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund
• Delays caused by courier services are not eligible for refund.
